Every engagement starts with discovery. In this phase we work closely with the client to determine the clients’ desired goals. During this time we delve into determining target market both geographically and demographically, message, value proposition are more. The fact is most clients do not know who their target market is, what is the message, where to find them and why an end-user would want or need the service. But don’t worry! Not only does the discovery process helps us to understand our clients businesses, it provides invaluable insights to the client.
Once established, DCG conducts an in-depth analysis of the current marketing efforts and the competitive environment. This may include exhaustive audits of the competitors online presence as well as traditional marketing efforts. It is not until we have a mutual understanding of who, what, where, when and why, that DCG can begin to outline an effective and efficient marketing strategy.
